Terms of use
Last updated 30 October 2026
These terms cover this website and the Yarphel Business waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. Using the Yarphel Business app is covered by its own terms, which you'll see before you sign up.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist doesn't create an account and doesn't oblige you to anything. It asks us to invite you when Yarphel Business is ready for your business.
We invite businesses in small groups, in the order people joined. We'll do our best to invite everyone, but we can't promise a date.
Please give your own, accurate details. If you sign up another business, do it with their permission.
Product and prices
This website describes Yarphel Business as we're building it. Features, plans and prices in ngultrum may change before launch. The plans and prices that apply to you are the ones shown when you sign up in the app.
Fair use of the site
Please don't misuse the website or the waitlist. That includes:
- Submitting sign-ups automatically or in bulk.
- Trying to get around rate limits or other protections.
- Trying to access data that isn't yours, or to disrupt the service.
We may remove entries that break these terms.
Our name and content
The Yarphel name, logo and the content of this website belong to Yarphel. You're welcome to share links to the site, but please don't copy the logo or present our content as your own.
No guarantees
The website and the waitlist are provided as they are. We work to keep them available and accurate, but we can't promise they will always be. As far as the law allows, Yarphel isn't liable for losses that come from using the website or waiting for an invite.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bhutan.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Yarphel grows. We'll change the date at the top when we do.
